The app starts with a very polished and motivating introduction, which makes you believe you’ll be able to try the app and see real value before committing. Unfortunately, that’s not the case. Very quickly, you’re pushed into a 1 year subscription with no real free trial or meaningful way to test the app first. After using it for about a week, I found that the content is extremely basic. The app mainly reminds you to write down your thoughts like a simple journal, drink water, and go for a run. There’s nothing unique or advanced here, and everything it offers can easily be done for free using the Notes app and basic reminders on your phone. When I realized the app wasn’t for me, I contacted customer support to cancel the subscription. Despite explaining that I had only used the app for a short time, I was told that cancellation was not possible. This made the whole experience feel frustrating and unfair. Overall, the value does not justify the price, and the subscription model feels misleading. I wouldn’t recommend this app to anyone looking for something genuinely helpful or worth the money!
