I’m extremely disappointed with the Kia Connect application and the overall service experience. After making a payment for my subscription, the terms clearly stated that the app would be reinstated within 2-3 working days. However, it took an entire month before the app was finally activated. During that time, I had to call the hotline multiple times and even visited the service center, only to be repeatedly referred to someone else without any real resolution. This lack of accountability and clear communication is unacceptable. Now, my Kia Connect subscription has suddenly stopped working for over a week, and I’m completely in the dark. There’s no update on whether the technical team is resolving the issue or if the app itself is simply unstable. For a service that prides itself on advanced technology, this is a very poor experience. Kia needs to step up its game to match the expectations of its customers. Right now, the app is unreliable, and my money wasted to this crapping application.

Apps keep on loading when open. Unable open apps even after update

As my car was registered under sole-proprietorship and not under personal IC, I was not able to create a MyC&C account. Glad you guys have fixed that! The app is informative and one-stop for everything related!
