This took my information and won’t allow me to log in
After I signed up and everything I tried to log in and it says wrong password I tried to change it but if required a card number which I DIDN’T RECIEVE, all in all it’s a waste of time. Just took all my personal info and locked me out

Disappointed
I applied online, put in all necessary details after it said visit the nearest location to pick up my card, I live in Portland and the nearest office for me to pick up my card is all the way in a next parish! That doesn’t even make sense for me to go through all that for it, why can’t the card be delivered to other locations like in outlets since it’s apart of mycash? Not only me is seeing this as a problem

Disappointed 😡
I love the idea of myCash App however these are the things I hate. Currently I am a tier 2 user and I can't spend more that 40k on any given day that's so lame. Improve that and the app would be awesome
