I was with Vodafone for over 20 years but got tired of the extremely high cost of their mobile service. I switched to 48 a few years ago and haven’t looked back. Effectively all you can eat for a small fixed monthly cost. Perfect! Small rough edge is a fairly straightforward manual setup step when roaming but it’s important to know this in advance when travelling. That is easily offset by the obscenely good deal. Highly recommended.

In the swap minutes for data section it says that you can convert any amount of minutes to data but that's misleading as it only allows a maximum of 3GB. Also if you have less that the subscription amount in credit then it ignores the credit amount and charges whole subscription value from payment card. I would expect it to take only the remaining amount after deducting credit. App won't let you login even if you miss one update and forces you to update regardless of the urgency.

Firstly a bug that has been here for many months is that you are unable to use the safe through this app. When attempted you get the pop up: “Uh oh, an error has occurred”. The only way to use it is to go to the website and do it from there which is very tedious. Secondly they safe and all flexi-data options should be accessible even without an active membership. For some reason this isn’t a feature already but if it ever becomes a feature my review and perception of this service will change and I will recommend it to more people instead of spreading negativity about it. Lastly the app is very choppy, it’s not smooth and could really use some touching up to make the user experience better.
