Every month I go through the same channels, I try the app it gives me error, then I try the website which also gives me an error and tries to connect me with the support chat which is automated and wont process the payment which then connects me to a representative that wont process my payment and instead sends me links to the app and website. And when I go to the physical store they tell me my account doesn't reflect anything owed and so they can't process a payment. The runaround is actually exhausting but I love my home service so I gotta keep playing their game until something works.

Easy for an old 76 year old! I lost my current card so I had it only a digital wallet card and was able to extract the information and put it into the payment program and pay with that with the expiration date of 7/24, while I’m waiting for my new plastic debit card to arrive by mail from the United States.

I’m have requested automatic payment however each month I get a notification that my payment couldn’t go through. When I go to your site my auto pay is turned off! I turned it back on and paid my bill manually. That process was easy it is concerning that every month your auto pay system kicks me out
