My Leicester

I looked to use the app to claim a reduced ticket price for the King Richard III exhibition. Firstly it wouldn’t let me claim the discount as it said I lived too far away. I live in a neighbouring town to Leicester, with a view to travelling in on the same day. When I got to the exhibition, I was able to claim the offer, but were given no instructions as to how to use it. When I showed the exhibition staff, they had no idea about the app or discount, but to their credit, they did sell me a ticket at the discounted price. So, a good idea, but not user friendly and needs better communication with the venues involved.

Brilliant , great savings and inspiration on activities and fun things to do in Leicester- currently working my through the live music trail. Nice to benefit from discounts and get rewarded- highly recommend

I used the My Leicester app to plan a little pamper day in the city and it was such a lovely experience. I found cheap parking near where I needed to be, followed the Pamper Trail and discovered a couple of salons and shops I’d never noticed before! Had lunch at Herb with 25% off - so tasty and saved a good chunk too. The app’s great for finding offers and ideas, and I’ve already spotted a few upcoming events I want to check out. Really recommend it for a day out without overspending.
