Not a fan at all Very complicated compared to what we had Not a fan of “all accounts” lumped together at the top in red. (I am linked to my kids accounts) when I open my app it shows “total” of all accounts… I hate that, I need to see what MY account balance is not a total of all of them because their accounts /money aren’t mine ! Also transactions are not being updated in a timely manner. Bill paid with confirmation on a Wednesday and Sunday it’s still not showing as a transaction. Most people , especially if more than one person on account, uses the app to keep track of /purchases/ balances.. if transactions aren’t posted when they should then we don’t have actual balance information. So no not a fan of newest “update” on the app or the new cards

Every time this app updates, it kicks me out and when I type in my name, it gives me a terrible suggestion that I did not put for example once you are not able to sign in because you forgot your password gives you a special phrase. It gives me a phrase like what’s the name of my first child even though I’ve never had kids, even when I put in my middle name, this app is buggy and doesn’t remember any of my passwords would not recommend using this bank or the app

It is harder to follow. I don’t like that you can no longer see the change in your account with each transaction.
