My BSNL

This app is just enough for making online payments. The glitch is once you have used the app for making payments and try to do the same the next month it throws up a bug - keeps prompting “unsupported url”… now the only option left with you is to remove the app, download again, setup your circle, make your payment… then repeat the loop next time you wish to use the app… come on BSNL… you can surely do better…

I had not expected it to be so good. I mean it’s BSNL so I didn’t have much expectation to begin with but man they have done it. I can open the app and see all the menu items INCLUDING THE LOGO !!! This is huge for BSNL. They have outdone themselves now and I don’t know how they will keep this standard. I clearly HAVE AN OPTION to login and see my usage, bills etc. I agree it doesn’t show anything but comeon, which network does that, show usage and all. Thats insane for a customer to ask for. Keep it up BSNL , you guys are the best in the world. Lead the way for these puny telecom companies around you. Rock on !

It seems that they do not update the available subscription plans in this app. Besides here you have no choice to choose Sikkim circle. While using this app you become puzzled when you compare with Bsnl desktop site. In the desktop you have plans for Sikkim and West Bengal but the same subscription plan in this app is not validated. Why? I don’t understand. In fact, I see this whole affair as Bsnl clumsiness. It has put me off so much that I am thinking of migrating to other.
