3.1.6 version is not working

I tried applying duplicate driving license but after filling all the details before District dropdown, still it doesn’t work. Unable to select district. I tried some other menu options & noticed all the district selection dropdowns having issues

Am surprised to see so many negative comments and bad experiences among many. But friends let me tell you I didn’t face any of them, am not lying. I have used this app for uploading my mothers (85 year old) life certificate and a Live Photograph. It worked well yes once slight glitch but on retrying it worked well. It saved a lot strain for my mother and for me to take her to the pension office and back. I heart fully appreciate the efforts in this regards. Meanwhile I request authorities to look into the comments from others and address them immediately for everyone’s convenience.
