It is very difficult to pull up your previous bills from the website. There should be a simple way to do this.

Please update Log on options to include face recognition for iPhone users. Password expired due to 6 months and when tried to change pw the iPhone app and the browser accessible link was accepting the new PW I was trying to use but the system kept rejecting it without explanation. After several attempts and even a call with technical support where I spoke with Mr Vafiadis that could not help me either blaming the problem on cookies on my app and browser and scheduling a further special call with other tech support person, I accepted the new Pw proposed by the MyDei app and the problem was resolved. PLEASE fix the software that created the above problem that is accepting my new Pw that I used but then telling me there is a problem with my account forcing me to accept the app proposed Pw. This is a new problem as in the past I was able to define my own Pw.

I like the App very much for convenience but cannot seem to pay directly with my NBG debit card. Also cannot pay over 200€ at any one time. Seems DEI payments are only accepted on the payment screen when using Alpha Bank cards? The App did not accept my NBG card entry’s. I had to pay my bill using my NBG card directly. Am I doing this incorrectly? Thank you DEI. Mr. Maholias
