This is, by far, the most dysfunctional phone app I have seen in my entire life. Not only do the developers constantly change and redesign it, you get bombarded with basically everything g else that is entirely unrelated to your phone connection. When I opened it today,, my account balance disappeared under basically hidden buttons and everything on screen was to buy things and get discounts on the utterly most irrelevant things on the planet. To illustrate, imagine going to look for a bicycle and you get carpet bombed with travel packages to Mars with worm-dining inside an active volcano, drowning in sea water. Exactly. Their main page makes zero sense. Their ad agency needs to be fired, as I know how these things work in Greece. They’re justifying high budgets by delivering seizure-causing, worthless apps like these to their client, Coamote. And their payment system stopped working if you’re abroad.

I recommend not to purchase sim card from Cosmote online, if you are a foreigner, because you will not be able ti activate your SIM card through the application, which seems to be the only way. After successful verification of you identity, the form is not picking up your first and last name, which are mandatory fields that can't be entered manually, you are not able to move to next step. After talking to support for 12 minutes, their final response was that I need to go to their shop, and closest one is 1 hour ride from my place. I proposed to send my details by email, but they told me it's not possible. I didn't find any other way to submit my dissatisfaction, as even bot chat was closing the chat as technical problem when I mentioned the issue I have.

I spent over an hour being connecting to 4 different people and getting nothing done. I just wanted to top-up my router that I use every summer. I wanted to avoid going to a physical store and the options aren’t available on the Cosmote App. I was forced to go to a store and even then they told me I could have done it on the app or through a representative, I almost blew-up. Waisted hours of my day to get this done. NEVER AGAIN!
