This app was my favorite for the past 3 years. I got every necessity for my baby delivered to my door in Riyadh. However, the app lately doesn’t support shipping to the KSA, and when I contact them they tell me I can order from the webpage. Or though Whatsapp, which is very inconvenient. What made this app very popular is that you can navigate really easily through it, and save in your wishlist what you want to get later, track your order etc... however on the webpage it’s not as smooth, not as fast, and basically everything I have already saved to purchase on my app I’ll have to re search for it... it’s just too disappointing. I wish you would fix your app back to the way it was and allow us to order to Saudi Arabia through it.

Worst online company ever. When I ordered my stuff from mumzworld, it showed priority shipping 5-7days. It was late and I contacted them, and of course they said due to the pandemic it was switched to 7-10 days which I understand. But my items still haven’t been shipped out yet. I was told they would be today at the latest and they weren’t. I’m very disappointed in the customer service. The chat employees are NO help at all. I wait for hours to chat with someone and the system kicks me out because of the long queue, and when you get a hold of someone, they promise you that they will ship the order on a certain day and never do...always have an excuse for why it isn’t being shipped. I placed another order shortly after the first and now I’m thinking I will probably never receive that one either at this pace. Honestly don’t waste your time or money with this company. They can’t keep there commitments to there customers. Coronavirus is an issue at this time, but I order all my stuff online during these days and NEVER EXPERIENCED ANYTHING LIKE THIS.

This app is a very life saving app it contains a lot of stuff that you’ll find but the only problem and concern with this app is how laggy it is my order did not go until the next day and it’s no problem with the internet so what they need to fix it the laggy problem and possibly the price of the content but besides that point it’s amazing and I just bought 6 items for back to school and so far it’s going great just hopefully it’s coming after 7 days not like those other apps that says that it’s coming in 3 days but actually it takes 1 month so I hope this is not a scam app I give this app a 4 but if it wasn’t for the laggy thing I’ll give it a 5
