I submitted a request for mulch months ago and haven’t gotten any response. I live in the Los Angeles area. I reached out to customer service via email and got no response from them either. I don’t think this is a real app. It seems like it has been abandoned by the developer.

Updated 7/9/23: App is expanding into SW WA state. App developer responded to my concerns, explained they no longer charge for the app and have refunded my money. They have made many upgrades as they fine tune their services. I believe this will be a very valuable service for arborists and gardeners. April/2023: I downloaded the app after it was recommended to me by a national arborist when I contacted them for a possible chip delivery. I paid the $20 for my first load and have since heard nothing. I have had better response from my emails sent to those possibly wanting to dump chips even though it is time consuming. How can I get a load of chips or my money back? Updated: I went to the website and saw that the service is only available in Oregon and California. That is not made clear in the App Store when you download the app. How can I get my money back? I live in Washington state.

It seems to be only based in California and Portland but the service is easy to request and I was able to not bother with it until the mulch was delivered.
