I use my app all the time down at the store all the time but it’s not recording on the app. I can look at the receipt that they print out every time I use it. I have 30,000 points and I can’t use them for anything because they don’t show up on the app.

Horrible app, cannot even rate it as a 1 star but it wouldn’t take my review unless I hit it😡Not user friendly, employees don’t even know how to use and advise customers They caused me to loose around 7,000 pts and employees blamed all on me, the customer. Will never ever use your gas station again after 14 years of only using. I was faithful to a small business and my home town business Your employees and mgrs. are horrible as well😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

This app is not user friendly. I’ve tried twice. The first time I clipped my rewards for gas and it did not give me my discount but it took my points. A year later thought I’d try again since I have over 95,000 points, played around and tried again, even went into the station but it wouldn’t load so I could select my rewards. Yet I’m down to 74,000 points today and I’ve used nothing. Think I’m going to start going to pilot, at least gad is constantly around .20 to .30 cents cheaper. Worth the 2 Mike drive. No reward or savings
