It’s so much worse than the app before. So not user friendly! Who wants to go to through alll the stations to plan the route. Doesn’t make any sense at all! The old app is a lot easier to use when you can just select the station you want as the starting point on the map

When you pay a one day pass ticket for tourist you need to collect the ticket from specific stations not use through app which un useful however the app gives error many times go with oysters cards much better and useful

Points for the bonus game are too low, before was 50 points each time, choices of gift are almost no choice, cause points need to be redeemed for a gift are too high, should set the points a lot lower & more different kinds of gifts
