Mr Mood

I've been using Mr Mood for many years now and love it just as it is. I am grateful to the developers for keeping this app in the App Store, keeping my mood data local on my device, and most importantly, respecting my privacy and not collecting any data from this app! This app is about helping me (the user), and no one else. Every night I record my overall mood in the app. At the end of each month and year, I record my mood score outside of the app. After a year, I delete my data and begin anew. It's fun to see which months and years are your happiest using a numerical measure. Thank you, Mr Mood developers!

With the new ability to change your mood from yesterday, and to see your "happiness" over a length of time, this app has become one of my most used. And the ability to write a short comment helps me keep track of WHEN I was feeling down, and functions as journal of my life. The only thing I would ask is for longer character length for each day; 50 is not always long enough. Otherwise, everything else is terrific!

This is the second time that I have utilized mr mood. The first time followed major knee surgery requiring a full leg cast for a month following by months of rehab. Me mood kept my spirits high as I could track my progress whether it putting on a sock by my own or increasing the bending range of my knee Recently, I lost my job and was hospitalized with heart issues and my osteoarthritis worsened . I had a stent put in my LAD artery and I am going through cardiac rehab along with gel injections in both knees. I’m only 53 so I’m using mr mood to improve my spirits by tracking my progress while reminding myself to stay on track with the plan to get better. I’ve been looking at old entries to show myself how far I’ve come. I highly recommend mr mood when recovering from an illness or difficult life event
