Moovby - Car Sharing

The app still not allow for rental extension option. The only way to do this currently making new booking, however the starting sate and time of the new booking is not the same as the expiry of previous booking. There should be option for rental extension or if new booking it shall refer to the expiry of the previous rent. Without this, host need to track manually the rental duration and its very troublesome as there is sometime renter who late make rental extension thus Moovby do manual process for this and sometime not even completed until the expiry of the rental extension.

If I’m honest it probably isn’t the quality of the app (which is actually very smooth and easy to use), or the wide range of vehicle’s to choose from. The reason is the excellent customer service I have received from Bella. No matter what the issue may be, I am never given an excuse or told no, and a solution is always provided. If I were to describe Moovby, I would describe them as a Friendlier Socar with a far wider selection of vehicles. Even in a world where everything can be done electronically with very little human error, people will always buy people ahead of a company. From my experience, Moovby has some very hardworking and competent people behind the scenes and I would recommend them to anyone looking to rent a car. "
