I had a very frustrating experience using this app. I reserved a charging bay because the app showed it was available, but when I arrived, both bays were already occupied and still charging. This not only wasted my time but also forced me to search for another parking spot during a busy time when the parking was almost full. Although I was refunded, this shouldn’t have happened in the first place. Please improve your availability system because this was a huge inconvenience.
first time using it. But sometimes when I click something which I don’t know what did I click it came out with a screen which I cannot exit with a message of “ please use ParkEasy while stationary” but im just sitting down here at restaurant. Have to keep force close the apps to check my charging.
It works great, but is remarkably buggy. I have to delete and reinstall it at least once a week. Like a lot of reviews suggests, it has a problem with ending a session, and sometimes hours or even days after I used a session, the app still behaves like I’m still parked, and once this happens, the app seems to shut down and become unresponsive to the point of not opening properly. As an app that’s been around for a couple of years at least, this lack of stability is terrible. Customer service-wise, my experience is quite good. When I realised that a parking session from about 4 days ago was still “active” I called the service number and they promptly deleted that session from the system, but the fact is that this shouldn’t have happened (it’s actually happened a few times).
We have moved to Shell Recharge app, thank you for using ParkEasy.
