MoonPay: Buy Crypto

(I rated 5 stars in hope someone sees this before downloading this awful app) For 2 months I’ve struggled for them to verify my ssn even after help i attempted once again to verify my identity only being given the option to give my ssn just for my account to be DISABLED after my 5th attempt trying to put my ssn in. I have $160 in my moonpay account i transferred from coinbase and they wont even let me send my money back to my coinbase! So they can take my money from other accounts but wont let me send the money back? Even after reaching out for assistance they have yet to do ANYTHING to help my account be verified or get my money back! Each time they just instructed me to try again which is completely unhelpful and now my account is disabled with money they wont let me take back out the account! Save yourself a headache and use another app for your crypto and investments!

The only reason I wanted to use MoonPay is that it is integrated with Exodus, which I use. The first time I tried to sell crypto it just spun forever waiting to verify. I just tried again months later, and it actually let me go through the steps to verify my identity using driver license. After that process finally completed, MoonPay said that my account has been deactivated for breaking their terms of service. I contacted support and they said I broke the terms and for security reasons they can’t give me any details on what I did wrong. Literally all I have done using MoonPay in my entire life is attempt to sign up the first time and it loaded forever, and attempt to sign up again when I actually completed the process of verification. Apparently attempting to become a customer is against their rules and no one is allowed to use their service. They would prefer I use a different exchange. Makes no sense whatsoever!
