Monkey Math: Kids math games

I purchased the lifetime option for $70 last week and had software issues. I sent a customer support request on their platform to get help but a had a reply to my email that the contact was not found. I ended up deleting the app and reinstalling it and it worked to resolve the issue but it worries me that if I ever have another issue in the future that there will be no one there to help me. I am contemplating on calling apple and getting a refund. Before this, I was thinking about buying their learn to read app too.

I like monkey math. Content is interesting. There are still some bugs. Example: 20 fish. It should be 20 fishes.

The math is done decently well for the parts we have tried so far. I was hoping the option of changing the language to Vietnamese would change the lessons to being in Vietnamese as well, however only the language for the setting changes not the lessons themselves. The lessons remain in English.
