In years of using this app, it unironically NEVER worked. not one of its features is intuitive or easy to manage. Login information is not saved when using a phone number or email address alone, and the app won’t let me create an account, only log into an existing one from the log in page, which is… I can’t even comment on it. Topping up my credit was never intuitive, the all so important “user experience” could be equated to being violently beaten with a blunt object. The slow and annoying SMS alternative to the app will be my method of choice until whoever designed this terrible app has a stroke and is replaced by someone remotely competent.

Maybe this was already reported by other users, but remaining data in GBs should actually show the exact number of GBs remaining in user option. For example, if I have total of 10GBs in my option and I spent 7 GBs then remaining data should show 3 GBs and not the 7 GBs. The remaining data bar could be improved by indicating 7 GBs in red (as already spent) and the remaining GBs in green. Thanks

Bad, bad and only bad experience. Application functionalists just doesn’t make sense. I activated flat internet for one day and even though it said it’s activated, next morning I receive message about how I spent all 7 gigs. Next thing is application is extremely slow, it’s not issue with device it’s issue with whole HT infrastructure which is really poorly designed. Application also doesn’t work a lot of times so that is extremely annoying. Not to mention that application design is so ugly and I’m having bad user experience. I’m not blaming developers who made the app, I’m blaming designers and HT administration. Overall, as soon as my contract is over I’m leaving HT.
