The myDPD app offers you a wide range of useful functions.
Access anywhere and at any time: register for an account and you will be able to check on the current status of your parcels at any time and from any location.
The chatbot knows which parcels are on their way to you, track your parcel live and know down to the hour when your parcel will arrive at your doorstep
Ask the chatbot to redirect your parcel, you decide when and where we deliver your shipment. If you aren't at home, we can, for example, hand your parcel to a neighbour, deposit it behind your garage, leave it for you to collect from a Pickup parcelshop, or deliver it to a different address or on a different day.
It's easy to find parcelshops in your neighbourhood. The chatbot takes your current location or another address and uses the relevant criteria to filter the search.
