Overall it still feels like the app is from 2012ish. That being said the Mac app looks fine. But once you enter a tree the fake Liquid Glass effect on the tab bar ruins the iOS experience. Use actual Liquid Glass please. the whole thing with the fun bubble that appears when changing tabs. Also, their release notes say new Liquid Glass design. No, their design is largely untouched. Honestly can barely tell, and I follow Apple and indie apps closely. Just go the apps settings. Doesn’t follow the new design language at all. The full width settings section design has been on its way out since iOS14 in fact.

I am very disappointed that Mobile Family Tree 11.0.7 has taken away the ability to ‘push’ photos in the picture pane beyond the current view group quickly. In version 10 you could slide a picture with your finger or a stylus quickly up or down to place it in chronological order [by date]. In version 11 , you have to release the photo and ‘re-grab’ it to push it into the next pane. If you have several hundred photos of an individual, it will take forever to ‘add’ a new picture from the bottom to slide it upwards! The ‘place to forward’ toggle helps some, but a ‘place to center’ and ‘place to bottom’ is needed also. Please bring back the finger ‘quick slide feature’!
