The app starts off by asking a few basic questions about yourself. After that, the app would send you notifications 3 times a day to check how well you can focus. You would be given a flower or a seed when you answer, and you can check your progress by seeing how many flowers planted in your “globe”. This is such a cute app! I enjoy using it so far as it helps me to better understand my focus pattern. It’s also easy to use and intuitive!
Tried the app from recommendation from a friend. 1 week is somewhat too long for an assessment, but the games inside kept me engaged. Can do more games in the process
After i answered redundant questions it kicked into a “game” with no rules that wanted me to tap my screen for 3 minutes with no rhyme or reason to when to tap or results at the end?? Deleted right after it did that and said “continue your journey by receiving notifications”. Of what? Why? Start by telling someone why they just tapped a screen for 3 minutes.
