Very Useful for Basic MIDI File Management on iOS
I use the iPad and iPhone as Music sketchpads, always with the intention of exporting generated MIDI and audio to a Mac for full production. For my needs, MIDIplay manages the MIDI files that I export from my chosen music production app perfectly. I don’t really need access to CC data, just confirmation of the number of tracks and their respective MIDI channels. MIDIplay’s internal synth sounds really good - always a bonus - and it has a lightweight processing fingerprint. MIDIplay does exactly what it says it will do without hassle. Its cost makes it a no brainer download. Highly recommended!

Does Not in fact work with AudioBus
This app will load into AudioBus. That’s it. It does not respond to start/stop. It does not send or receive synth of any kind. The author’s email address doe not currently exist. Beware!

Doesn’t decode sustain pedal
I purchased this player to play piano midi files using audiobus to direct sound to another app. That works, but it doesn’t decode sustain pedal which makes it totally worthless. Please fix it or give me my $1.99 back
