Mia by Tanishq

While browsing for the products online, the app closes automatically every few minutes! Which is very annoying please improvise.

The app doesn’t work properly! Halfway through seeing products.. the app closes. When u try to check order status.. it goes in a loop and gets hung! Mia doesn’t even send any email confirmation on orders nor any order status update! And the app doesn’t work properly so impossible to see order status online also! Customer support is just as lost when you chat with them and are clueless on order status!

I have made a purchase from Mia on 25th March 2023 and the order details are not yet reflected in the app, I reached customer care multiple times but the response was not satisfactory and didn’t help to resolve the issue. I have been associated with Tanishq from past 5 years and have never faced any issues, the service was very good from them. But the experience with Mia is quite disappointing, this is the first time I have purchased and I feel it’s a wrong decision. I regret my decision of making purchase with Mia as I was in a impression that it’s the part of Tanishq, but the customer service is poor
