I have spent 4 years in United Kingdom and 2 yeas in UAE, Aqua line is actually even better then London metro in terms of Quality and availability, yes this line alone is not comparable to London tube, but this is the start. All those over head metros are okay but this one is great I wish the connection was better. Will they maintain this in coming years that’s the biggest challenge for Indian government. They can do it but they won’t. Lets hope for the best.

The developers need to address the frequent time out sessions as soon as possible. It gets very inconvenient when the app keeps logging me out even when I have logged in 2 seconds ago. Each time to book a ticket you need to login. It would be great if it remembered my login, and thus would be able to access all the features like saved journeys, previous transactions, favourite trips, etc. I can’t use them because the app never lets me view my profile

Dear Developer, The MMRC app is quite user-friendly, and I appreciate the features it provides for ticket booking. However, I would like to suggest an improvement to make the app even better. Currently, every time we book a ticket, we have to rely on UPI IDs or third-party wallets for payments. This process can sometimes be inconvenient, especially when there are network or payment gateway issues. It would be very helpful if the MMRC app could include an in-app wallet feature. This wallet could allow users to preload a certain amount of money, making the ticket booking process faster and more seamless. It would also reduce dependency on external payment methods and enhance user experience.
