First of all, amazing work by MMRDA and Dev Team for making life of all Mumbaikars easy. It works almost as you need it to. Almost - I was trying to book a Suburban Train journey from Harbour line which involves switching stations and taking two different trains. What I wanted was to switch to AC EMU for one of the trains on the journey: 1. Clicking on “Change” first time does not show any option, going back and reselecting “Change” provides option to change ticket preference. 2. Once selecting appropriate ticket, there is no button to confirm and apply the selection. If clicked on ‘Back’ button, it takes back to previous selection (II Class - Ordinary) and selecting on “Route Preference” does nothing.

I’ve been using the MumbaiOne app regularly, and the latest updates are really impressive. The return journey feature is extremely helpful for daily commuters like me. The new dark mode also makes the app much more comfortable to use, especially at night. I also loved the current location based journey planning on the map and the top suggested routes feature — it makes trip planning super quick and convenient. Thanks to the team for continuously adding useful features and improving the app for commuters. It’s making travel in Mumbai much easier! 👏

This app is amazing! Way better than the previous one. I can book the ticket with ease. And also I can favorite them as well. Very convenient. But, I face an issue often - morning journey is a bliss. But, for when I try to buy a ticket in the evening, it just doesn’t load and it finally says ‘no internet connection’. I finally purchase ticket through WhatsApp as there’s no other choice for the evening time. The previous app had a return journey option so it wasn’t a problem. Can you please look into this? :)
