This app is unbelievably frustrating to use. It constantly rejects my correct password, claiming it’s wrong when I’m absolutely sure it isn’t. Trying to reset it is even worse — the reset email takes ages to arrive, and once I finally change the password, the account gets locked anyway… after only a couple of attempts. To unlock the account, you’re forced to send an email and wait up to a week. Then, when you finally get access again, the same broken process repeats. It’s a complete loop of failure. At this rate, my entire insurance period might expire before I can even log in. This isn’t just inconvenient — it’s unacceptable for an app handling something this important. Easily one of the worst user experiences I’ve ever dealt with.

Emails in contact me must have an option to copy it, when I want to sent an email I have to type it manually then I found out that after I sent the mail I didn’t get any response to finger out later that I gave enter the mail wrongs 2 times in some characters because I can’t copy it Also why I can’t cancel a claim from the app and I have to sent mail to cancel, the repeat the claim 2 time because an error happened when made it

The app is very user-friendly and clear to me, making it easy for me to navigate through the app to use various services like viewing my e-card, submit a claim or view the status of a claim. I’m glad with the updates done that solved almost all the challenges I previously had with the app!
