Please fix. I can't do anything in it.
I use this app several times a week. Recently I submitted a landscape problem to the city of Mesa which needs their attention. The issue hasn’t been corrected as of this review. That is understandable given the COVID-19 problems. I’m sure it will be taken care of in the near future. I know the safety of the citizens of Mesa is a top priority to the city government. After all, they wouldn’t want someone to get hurt if they a found negligent.
Very simple app that seems to actually work. Submitted a request regarding overgrowth on side of major roadway and looks like it's been taken care of in less than 24hrs. Could be a lot more useful if it weren't limited to transportation related requests. Will be nice to see what other departments adopt the app.
