Always updating on any issues that happens on the rail
I’ve used this few times to alert Valley Metro that there was a spill etc. They respond AND a maintenance person with a mop is able to meet up with the train at a future stop to clean it. Also love the alerts they provide us about accidents blocking the rail etc. I feel safer and really enjoy having it.
