Merge Paradise : Match Puzzle

Progress has been stuck on level 2 all week because top ribbon never populates with any “orders” in the garden ribbon despite merging 100’s of items. Can only merge for 1 coin at a time despite how many merges are performed

I’ve had this game for a while now and love/loved playing it,however for the past week(since the change of the Halloween deco page) it will not load. I do not want to lose my progress. Please fix this. If I have to start over, I will just find another game😭

I liked the game for several months. Then weird technical problems began to happen which made it impossible to accomplish the tasks and move to the next level. For example: 2 of the same producers appeared; then 2 other producers disappeared. I deleted the app and it came back with the same issues. I contacted support and I did receive a nice reply. But so far, I still have the issues. I’ll continue to play for a little while, before giving up.
