Golden Desire: Fantasy Romance

The only god that I love in this game is Hades.

The character designs are pretty solid, all the men look really good. Poseidon looks like Kaeya which is funny. I have been disappointed with StoryTaco’s most recent games, but this one visually is up to par with their better games. And wow, the translation is really good. Usually there are some grammar issues, but I was impressed with the dialogue. Overall, this made the story a lot more enjoyable. The Greek Gods plot was okay. My personal favorite was Hades, he’s a big softie. The patrols are a lot shorter (15 min) and they give gems! The date nights are 500 diamonds though :( (but it’s not hard to earn gems). In addition, the user interface is well made. The ONE thing i’d change is please stop using AI in your art! Great game, hope to see this level of quality continue.

I thought about giving it two stars, but I decided that it really wasn’t worth more than one. The only thing this game has going for it is the somewhat good character design and the plot/story, and even then it’s not really anything super special. The English translation is poor, and it makes the dialogue choppy and not very stimulating. This is the type of game where any good answer that will lead to any sort of romance costs gems. If you don’t use those specific answers, you don’t get anything worth reading, and even if you do select the gem options the reward is lack luster and lasts less than five seconds. Gems also cost money, because, while the game give you some free gems and the option to watch ads for them, you don’t get near enough to do anything with. I wasted about $10 to test the game out and I wish I could get my money back because it wasn’t worth $1, let alone more. I’m severely disappointed that I wasted my time and money on this game. Even if you have money to blow, it’s not worth it. DON’T waste your time with this game.
