merewards - Cashback & Deals

Hai where do I start? Every single coupon that I use is bound to have an error or cannot be used. The level of unprofessionalism when rolling out the coupons with the merchants is alarming. Mirage Aesthetics - Coupon wrote 2 free BB Facial Glow. Mirage Aesthetics claims no such thing payment of $68 is required. End up it’s a back end communication error between Merewards and Mirage Red Packets - was only able to claim 1 packet per coupon because the OSIM sales rep insisted that 1 coupon is redeemable for 1 packet (4 pieces x 2). Mediacorp promised to mail the missing red packets but consistently forgot to do so. Until now I have not received it $10 GreyHound Cafe voucher - rejected because cafe says they never agreed to the voucher and they emailed Merewards multiples times to correct this but they never got back. If 1 time error, still okay. But this is 3 times error leh. I mean how many times can I overlook these errors. It’s infuriating and frustrating. It really slows a complete lack of professionalism. If you know that a voucher cannot be used, shouldn’t you have the initiative or responsibility to at least inform your users via social media or in app notification? The worse part is I, the user, have to be the one spotting the error.. meRewards should pay me for doing the checking work for them. I cannot trust anything in the meRewards app anymore.

There are 3 games to play to earn pineapples and to exchange for big and small rewards such as food and fashion discount vouchers, health and beauty products vouchers and lifestyle gifts. However, there are some rewards that probably come in rare quantities which only allow very few users to exchange and some require too many pineapples to exchange which is almost impossible. Hope there will be more affordable vouchers that come into better use and for more users to enjoy after spending much efforts in playing the games.

I think it is quite easy to use, although it needs to open a link at the browser in order to play the Moo Moo Prosperity Dash game. I think the current format of the game, sponsored by Giant, is actually more stable compared to previous game format if it is played via mobile phone. Would have been better if there is no need to re-login again at the browser to play the game.
