Update 10/18/2022: Dear Developer, To be clear, the “not this, but this” portion of my review was a suggestion regarding the presentation of information in the app. The actual content quoted was copied directly from your app, and your response to my review only responded to that piece. I understand the purpose of the app is to get information out, and my feedback is that extensive, wordy paragraphs are unnecessary and ineffective. Thank you. So glad this is here, but definitely needs some work. It feels like a website, not an app. Needs better organization by category, also colors, logos (i.e. CCAoA, Red Cross) would be much more appealing. I would love to see Tricare resources, at least basic info specific to remote/select. That is a huge point of concern for us. There is a LOT of information on here, which can be great if you have down time for extensive reading. Please work towards bullet points, highlights, summaries. For example… NOT THIS: “The main objective is to provide timely and relevant communication to all the Marines and families attached to 4th MCD, either through the DRC, or via the local information from the URC at the RS. Additionally, we act as a conduit for communication back to the Command from the Marines and their families on issues and concerns that they may be having, using this information to help share support efforts and training opportunities.” BUT THIS: OBJECTIVE: - Timely and relevant communication to families of the 4th MCD VIA DRC/URC - Conduit for communication between the Command and the Marines and their families offering support and training opportunities. Thanks!!
This app provides information about resources available to Marines in the Eastern Recruiting Region: 1st, 4th, & 6th Marine Corps Districts.
