Tried to call the call center and they admitted the application is having a technical issue (since who knows) and the only solution is to reserve parking through manual kiosks, I don’t even know how the app is allowed to be published and available here.

Bad private management with poor judgement and enforcement, then blaming authorities instead of rectifying their own operations. The spaces available before implementing Mawgif were at least 25% more and the street became narrower. The area didn’t need “organization”. It needed to be left alone.

I never managed to quickly finish the task as any human being would expect. Never found the exact parking point on the app… and always need to select the nearest available sign which could be on a different street. The app leaves you completely uncertain and every time used I must keep snapshots in case a fine was issued. I was never fined but also I was never comfortable on every occasion. What makes it so hard to fix such simple job!!!
