Iโve order from this company twice and had to reach out both times about the status of my order. After reaching out (after 16-18 business days), then it was finally shipped. My packages should have been shipped without me sending an email. ESPECIALLY for the price of shipping. 4 shirts is nearly $10 in shipping, but it takes 30+ days to get your package with NO personalizations. Also, their return policy is store credit only, and they must receive the product back within 7 days, according to Facebook. Kinda funny since it takes over a month to receive it. Again, cute shirts but NOT worth the headache and waiting game.
Iโve ordered through the app and on Facebook a few times now and each time has been an issue. I tried more than once hoping it would be better each time. Your only choice is to email for customer service and responses are slow, just like shipping times. Yes, the shirts are cute and cheap, but you pay for that by waiting forever for items. This last time I ordered was through a Facebook post of theirs for a holiday shirt that they claimed to be mailing out the next day in time for holiday arrival. They created a shipping label after I paid my PayPal invoice immediately. They left off my entire street address (unbeknownst to me) and the package got to my city and was returned to sender due to being undeliverable, as the street address was blank. I had to contact them for information on why USPS returned to sender. I was told it was returned due to โwrong addressโ and I would have to pay shipping AGAIN to get my item back to me. When I asked for a photo of the shipping label, I just got a written response where they obviously left off the entire street address and still insist that I pay shipping to get my item and fix their mistake. Now how did they place a label and not realize the address was inaccurate?! That will be my last attempt at trying to have a good experience with this company.
The prices are great, but donโt let it lure you in to the headache youโll receive on top of the unkind customer service โ IF you receive customer service, that is. Placed two orders within 2 days of each other. Items were expected to ship 14-16 business days later. Items didnโt ship until 22 business days later [ after being printed for almost 2 weeks & waiting to be dropped off at post office ]. Within this time, I sent a few messages back & forth for updates. I would have to write the Facebook messenger or comment on a post to get someone to respond in emails. Because of the inconvenience, was told I would receive a credit, but never did. When I received my first order, THREE items were missing & one item was messed up. Wrote them to let them know, days went by without a response. So, again. Went to Facebook messenger & commented on a post. Rather than receiving any kind of apology as well as the rest of my items โ the company refunded me without a word. To me, this speaks volume. And, being that this was my first order(s) from the company โ what an impression made. So, hopefully someone who hasnโt ordered from them reads this & runs!
