Never have to call the desk to request service or find out if my boat is ready. Never have to call in with a credit card. This is the only way mananging my boat is possible when both of us work full time. Love the transparency, worth driving to buy from MarineMax for this.

Winterizing used to start with a simple form that required minimal time & thought. Now the form is gone and I’m told to use the app. Fine, even though I’ll only need it twice a year, I downloaded yet another app and created yet another account. Not surprisingly the app’s home screen is all about buying a boat. I don’t want to buy a boat. I have a boat, I want to service it... and 5 minutes in I’m no closer to getting that done. So I try the menu and find an option to order service. I see winterization & select that, thinking I’m finally getting somewhere. Then it asks “how can we help you” followed by a giant text box. Well I want to schedule winterization and writing a story doesn’t seem like it’ll help, fortunately it lets me skip that. Next it asks for my info, I enter it. Next it takes me to the home screen. What?? So I go back to the schedule service section and click winterization again. Next it asks for my boat info, I enter it. And that’s it - it says someone will call me. Well I know the marina’s phone number, I could have saved myself ten minutes and yet another useless app by just calling myself. App is now deleted, I’ll email the form I used last year. Save your valuable time and ignore this app, I wish I did.
