Loading of each page a little slow. A little confusing at times when customer not used to the system. Especially when changing of flight or changing the time of the flight.
Response time to make a booking takes hours and unresponsive Erroneous alerts on AA FF # etc Took me 2 hrs and still could not complete a reservation then used capital one travel in seconds Prices were different though
Bookings with Enrich number (loyalty program) still have to be manually put into the app for trips. Frequently flights earning elite points (upgrading status) are not showing in the app, despite manually adding the flights! And the system to get them credited is bulky, admits it takes days, and there is no feedback when they are not credited. Overall one of the worst administered loyalty programs in airlines and the app reflects that. At least Malaysia Air is more dependable than Asia Air, but this app and their Enrich program need serious attention.
