Makro mCard

Hi, I can’t seem to sign into the app. When I register, it says that my account already exists and then I’m taken to the sign in page. When I try to sign in, it says incorrect email or password. When I say Forgot password, I don’t get an email with instructions to change it. So basically I’m stuck. Please help me log in.

The app as it stands is not user friendly. One is directed to the website in order to make a purchase. Can I suggest that the app be all inclusive, convenient and user friendly where we can get the latest catalogues and specials also with the option of shopping on the app instead of shopping online

Nothing is as amazing as not having to have one extra card in my purse. I love that the application has a card but I do perhaps feel the integration of a Barcode to be scanned is quicker and easier when you arrive at the till point. I recently used my new app this past weekend at Makro Woodmead and I must say another snag for me was the initial favorites that you select don't seem to do much for your profile. I think these should be integrated and better personify your app to better suit you. One other thing was, it seems the new application did not bring the existing user details (profile details) to the till registrar. I had to fill out a till slip with my details as it only retained my contact details. I do understand a new numbering system but it was a schlep to have to pen these down once again. Other than that, great app.
