This app is incredible. I didn’t even know any of this was possible. App and web portal are filled with so much useful functionality. My old mailroom software doesn’t even compare. Don’t pass this up! You won’t regret it!
Don’t fall for the paid fake reviews people. This app is trash and doesn’t work. Your much better off with a legit company such as notifi, Pitney bowes, envoy or literally anything except PackageX. Software doesn’t work, email notifications don’t work and poor customer service. Plus it’s very expensive for multiple buildings/ locations ans they say it’s because it’s a “premium product” but it doesn’t work. Don’t waste your time and money on this software.
I have used about 5 different apps to track packages but this is the first app that has worked well and managed to exceed my expectation. I highly recommmend this app as in my opinion it is the best on the market.
