The app doesn’t register packages after scanning, which makes it tough to get work done efficiently. Right now, the only feature that works consistently is the shift log. Since the update, the event log tab is confusing colors aren’t consistent and it’s easy to make mistakes. The print layout is also clunky and hard to navigate, like scrolling through an endless list of codes. Please make the app consistent and user-friendly. We handle hundreds of packages, people, keys, different routines, and buildings every day, so we need something that works well. A dark mode and a more customized layout would help us all do our jobs better.

Building Link is the most expensive software for HOAs (double the price of most). It has great features but somehow they think app access is optional. Managers can’t sit at their desk all day on their PC. They have to have app access with a functional and complete user interface. Too many functions missing and it seems to,spend a lot of time crashing. Our residents hate BL because the sister resident app lack functionality and they have to be on a browser. One function that absolutely needs to be in the app is the directory. Imagine going on your PC browser to look up a phone number and then dialing it on your phone. Lame is the only word.

When the app is working it really does make your life easier especially if you work for a building. Makes scanning packages so easy, also makes reading tenants notes and request easy also. No complaints just keep improving the app and thanks for the hard work.
