FIRST of all don’t download this app! The ads are misleading! They says I can have 100$ on my account just to download but when I did there’s no 100$ in it ! I decided to give it a shot and play I’ve deposited over 90$ and ready to withdraw 110$ but upon doing so they ask me for my ID and other personal documents ! I was skeptical since it’s private documents . Why would I give my information to a gambling game?! But then i still decided to submit as I was feeling bad for the money I deposited. But then they didn’t have gave my money! Says I’ve been playing dishonestly! And now I’m having problem since my card is getting charge right after I play their game! Fraudsters! So stay away from this games! If you ever encounter a game that need’s your personal information DO NOT SUBMIT! They are taking your information and using it for fraudulent scams ! You’ll just be shocked you have a debt somewhere . so don’t!

As long as I was playing and finally decided to withdrawal my winnings, I receive an Alarm Message saying, “that you consider me having dishonest behavior in your game which is so not true as I play fairly and am good at playing Majong and have been for years. You say you have prohibited me from playing the games which is untrue again as I still have the ability to play them, not able to deposit or withdraw from your app as well which is true and I don’t have the ability to do so. Now I feel, this game is a SCAM! You’re either picking or choosing who you want to give winnings to or you’re just taking money from me period. It’s frustrating that the only time, one time I withdraw my winnings you send an Alarm Message out when clearly I have done nothing. That’s fraud and I should report you. Now all I really want is and yet I have tried to reach out to Customer Service and yet have not received no response is to receive a full refund of the money I placed into this so called game, all my winnings and bonuses effective immediately so we can move forward from this. And PLEASE DO NOT say you understand because you don’t. We are your customers and you provide us with these games to play and it’s your responsibility to keep your customers satisfied. I’m not satisfied, so you received a bad rating and review. Could have been a better rating and review if you’d just be there to listen to your customers.

I almost reached the $40 Mark to pull out the money and all of a sudden the game start getting harder and now I’m down to three dollars. Seems like as soon as you get higher in the money, the games get harder or you start playing bots and they become competitive and you start losing the money that you won. I invested eight dollars into the game and got three dollar bonus. So that upped my money and I started playing the little higher bids. I thought maybe playing in the higher bids might get me winning bigger It did for the first couple times but not continuously and now I’m back down to the three dollar mark. It seems like you want you to invest and when you invest your money you win for a little bit and then lose back down. It’s a fun game. I love playing it and it’s competitive. You can play against yourself or other people or bots. it’s something that keeps you busy and it’s just something that will not cost you an arm in a leg if you don’t invest in it, but if you do invest in that you’re gonna miss a lot of money.
