I love this app I’ve used it for over a year now. It’s so easy to use and you can save meals for easy meal planning. The macro bars are simple and easy for getting an idea on how you’re doing reaching your goals. Connect your health app to convert steps into calories to track. I use this app every day and the more you use it and save meals the easier it gets. Time for my one complaint that would get my 5th star- speaking to my dietitian I need to get more fiber. It’s easy tracking my macros but I’d love for a small bar under macros for tracking fiber. It’s essential for gut health and to lower risk of colon cancer. Most people aren’t reaching Fiber intake goals so it would make it so much easier to have a place to track dietary fiber when making meals, quick adds, and the addition of a fiber bar. Since green is taken by carbs maybe make it blue or red. Just so I can track it. I know I need 33 g so it would be so beneficial and easy for easier tracking rather than trying to track somewhere else
I was using another app called foryoueats but I personally like you guys‘s app because I feel it’s more accurate than any other app food Noms has a good recipe adding feature but people had to pay for that that’s just not fair. they had to pay for the recipe import feature and the water tracker not only that they also said that my high protein lentil chocolate chip pumpkin protein muffins that I added into their app. They said that it was worth 250 cal and I just don’t like that after doing some research, I found out that there were actually lower than that that’s why I suggest adding that recipe adding feature because you guys foods are really really accurate and just amazing. The part that I don’t have to pay is just blowing me away, but if an app doesn’t have a recipe adding feature, not sure if I want to use it.
Hallelujah! The search works again! Thank you so much for fixing this issue! This is by far the best app available to track macros. I’ve been using this app since January of 2024 & I’ve lost 59 lbs. I just could not bring myself to give it up when the search was down. I love this app, I’ve tried others, but none are as easy, simple and user friendly as this one. I have really appreciated this app for its simplicity and ease of use. You can see at a glance how much you have consumed of calories, protein, fat & carbs as well as how many calories are remaining for the day. There is also a way to input your exercise or connect to the Health app. & that will automatically adjust your caloric intake needed for the day. You can enter in your profile if you want to lose weight fast or slowly. I chose slowly so I would have time to change my eating habits. This app has helped me so much on my wellness journey, I am so thankful for it.
