Mach1 Broadband

I'm extremely disappointed with the service provided by Mach1 Broadband. Despite having a 200 Mbps plan, I've been experiencing slow internet speeds and frequent outages for the past 6 months. It's frustrating to see my Instagram buffering constantly, let alone trying to meet office work deadlines. I've lodged multiple complaints about the slow speeds and outages, but the issue persists. To add to my woes, your team is asking for payment a week before the plan expires, despite my ongoing struggles with the service. I've already paid for a yearly plan, and it's unacceptable that I'm not getting the service I deserve. I urge Mach1 Broadband to take immediate action to resolve these issues. I'm not willing to continue with the service if the problems aren't addressed promptly.

There is no option to view total usage as displayed in the website. The option should be present which is not available in the application.

Once you install and create M-Pin, that is the only time you can login. After this it never logs in after entering the set m-pin. There is no way to click ok or press enter after the pin is entered. It just stay on the login screen
