M1 Prepaid

M1 is a scam. I had a sim, which was expiring, so I topped it up on the app by buying a 1-month top up (which I paid for and it showed). However, when my original month ended, it ceased my service of the sim. When trying to log back into the app, it didn’t let me because my sim is now inactive despite just having bought a top up plan for 1 more month which said it was active. I was planning to buy M1 for my whole family, but after this, I’ll never use it again

At first, I considered M1 to be a decent service, but after losing $8 to them in their latest promo deal, and nothing to show for it… I’ve quickly learned that the whole deal is a load of garbage. That seems to be a common thing though. Poorly regulated businesses in general in this part of the world are quite prevalent. This one is no exception. At least I don’t have to deal with such a high level of incompetence in the USA. best of all, their support is non-existent, and there are no methods for requesting compensation for their errors. Perhaps I should get the embassy involved instead. I may have a better chance of them getting things right on my end.
