LOWER - 0.02 - 0.3 MP Camera

I finally updated the app and now it is unusable. It used to be instant. You record your low quality video and close the app. Done. Now, you have to keep the app open and wait for it to covert/compress the video. If you take a 5 minute video at 480p, you’ll be waiting MINUTES for it to finish. Terrible.

Very handy app for low res videos. For some reason the file size and resolution is much smaller than other files I’ve taken at higher resolution, then reduced to the same pixel dimensions and color depth. Therefore I tend to use a custom size of 4000x3000 for work photos (<1mb). The app will not let me save any new videos saying “Sorry, can’t save to photo library! Clean the Library!” Even though I have 90 gb of free space on my iPhone 12 and I already deleted and reinstalled the app, same result.

Very simple and easy to use. If anyone wants to send videos to contacts via text or email this allows you to take a video at much lower resolution than the standard iPhone allows. In other words instead of being limited to about 15 seconds of video you can send several minutes worth at a lower resolution and pick whatever video quality you want. It’s perfect in my business because now I can send videos of machines running at a lower resolution which is more than adequate and not be limited to 10 to 15 seconds worth of video. I love how it’s seamless easy to use and integrates straight into the video and camera option of the standard iPhone. Excellent App. It doesn’t have special effects and other mumbo-jumbo don’t need it you can easily do that in the iPhone or some aftermarket program but if you just want to send longer videos without hassles this is the app to use.
