I have always struggled with relationships. It’s like a joke with my friends. I’m like a bull and run to the red flags. This app really changed the way I view relationships. You see all this relationship advice on how you need to love yourself, but they never tell you how. I feel like this app showed me how to love myself more so that I can love others better. I was so sick of all the negative relationship advice. It feels like it makes it so “me vs. you” when they talk about attachment styles and all of that. This app didn’t do that, everything was so positive and it made me feel more alive and optimistic rather than sad and pessimistic. As a spiritual person this just hit different than everything else out there. It’s been changing my life and all my friends have been saying they can see how different I am. And my dating life is enjoyable now rather than being something that makes me feel anxious. Also, the artwork and meditations are 🤤🤤
