Catastrophic missing features
The entire purpose of this app is so that you can understand what’s available to you in a very short period of time. This app doesn’t tell you is that at the premium lounge in Rome or any other airport you might need to make reservations in advance so you get to wait in the premium lounge line for 20 minutes after timing everything based on this application, to only to find out this app didn’t give you the most important piece of information. Whoever maintains this app has never used it in an actual trip.

Excellent tool
When you sync with TripIt, it reliably tells you which lounges you can access. I had an issue at one lounge and the LoungeReview support were great about quickly resolving the issue in the app. Highly recommend.

Outstanding customer service
I signed up for the app and entered my info and access passes but didn’t think the info was showing up correctly. I contacted customer service on a Sunday morning and had a response in less than a half hour! Tyler got me straightened out (I was the one who had incorrect info) and it all makes sense now. Looking forward to using this app. Especially now that lounge buddy is gone. Thanks Tyler!
