The length of time it takes to give a load is a joke I’ve been waiting for 24 hrs no loads the shift deal messes everything up can’t get good sleep apps like this make life dangerous for drivers when they aren’t giving us loads and controlling our amount of work I’m losing money with this app take me back to old school Dispach or even back to useless GoHawk this doesn’t work

Logistics means providing a line of resources to complete your mission .... Lo/Hi doesn’t begin to understand that concept .... their Crew doesn’t have a map of the different areas that they provide “No Support to “ No area maps means , the blind leading the blind ,,,, there are a few places that create area maps ..... someone should tell the upper management that Maps are a major part of running a Logistics Operation . We drivers have to buy FR clothing , helmet , air quality monitors and Fire Extinguishers .... that is our responsibility ..... LoHi has the responsibility to provide drivers with up to date driving directions . Giving drivers quick BAD loads doesn’t cut it ! This is no reflection on the people that answer the phone , personnel is not at fault here ,,,,, Upper management is cutting corners on the backs of the Grunts in the field !!

I can’t say enough about it; this app revolutionized my whole operation! Highly recommend!
